It was very good staying in this hotel I enjoyed every moment it's nice to add some smoking rooms course there is no smoking rooms overall excellent. We got a secret deal on this hotel and our stay was pleasant. Everything was excellent including staff, rooms, breakfast and all services. They will bring you many convenience, make you feel comfort. All the staff there are warm hearted.

Slept like a million years. Woke up refreshed. The hotel is great, Very clean, Nice break fast, Good service. Breakfast, nice staffs, room is great. Club room and lounge were fantastic. All thing it's perfect. Nice veiw. Very friendly & helpfull staff Large building, so there's room to move Several restaurants & bars to choose from Got upgraded, so facilities on the same floor (breakfast, cocktails) were available. i was satisfied with all staff,,,,they are very kind and always make me feel comfortable,,,,,. Hotel location, poor wifi connection, swimming pool is small. Nothing. The AC is not too much. Safety box not work Old furniture. Aahoudr restaurant meals to rooms. Very old building, former Sheraton, in desperate need of TLC Location does not allow to walk to anywhere nearby (such as a shopping mall) Windows leaked, taps etc. are very worn. the food is not very good!. weired light magement in the room, TV is old & does not work properly, WAY TOO HIGH LAUNDRY SERVICE, Internet is not always working, AC control was partly damaged. Little far from best city areas. Too far from the city proper and in a district that is not posh enough. Breakfast barely differed from day to day. elevators, location of breakfast. A bit old need renovations, towels are yellowish .. Towels need to be replaced, very old towels. Reped customers with the price of everything. everything was so bad. Facilities including rooms getting old and do not deserve 5 star rating. elevaitors,bathes,towels,there was no smoking eria you should go out side of hotels,old hotel very much. Very old furnishing hotel.
