My friend and I went and bought those flOating beds things for the pool for $10 each at the shopping centre and the staff went and got them blown up for us... Really good idea - Staff were fantastic.   I thought the facilities at La Walon were excellent value for money. Not the most luxurious, but for what I paid my expectations were completely blown away. Clean hotel and very friendly staff who where also very helpful. This might be common in Kuta but I haven't stayed anywhere else to make the comparison. Simple and clean fairly large comfortable rooms . Staff very helpful. On one occassion I overslept but was still served breakfast 20 minutes after closing time . Free wifi with good speed. 10 minute walk to Shopping malls .
