  We thought that everything was up to our expectations and excellent value. Joining the Priority Club giving us free wifi and late check out was a bonus. The very reasonably priced meals at all three outlets were excellent in value and quality. - The facilities and staff were wonderful! Only a short walk into the heart of Kuta.

  The staff where so amazingly friendly and always there to assist you. It was a really good location. A walk to the centre and far enough out to be lovely and quiet. everywhere was so claena nd the food was excellent. very reasonably priced. - The staff is so friendly, this is our second time and there will be more to come

  The Sandi Phala Beach Resort was incredible. The fact that it has only about 15 rooms makes this location very private and personal. The staff cater to your every need and they are always very eager to do more. The location of this resort is excellent.   What a wonderful place to stay, i would reccomend these apartments to anyone. Great staff who will look after your every needs, great location if going out at night in kuta, just a short walk home, rooms are just beautifuly decorated and clean.   I have stayed at this hotel on numberous occasions. I love the position of the hotel. The staff are amazingly friendly and willing to do anything to make your stay enjoyable - It was perfectly situated for walking everywhere. The hotel staff were lovely and friendly. The pool was clean and inviting. Breakfast was basic but adequate.

  First of all the hotel staff service and facilities was excellent. Very well organized. - Very relaxing atmosphere. Beautiful gardens. It is so lovely towatch the sea waves at sunset time. Reality is much better thanpictures on the net.
