I stayed in the hotel from 30th to 31th of Aug'13.its an awesome experience in Shirdi.Hotel Shradha Saburi Palace Palace. This hotel has excellent ambience and services. It is very nice place to stay in shirdi. It was amazing experience with Marigold Regency. It gave great value to my money.The staff is very kind and proactive in services.Complimentary breakfast had good blend of both northern and southern taste. Temple is at a walking distance from this hotel.everything is very good I would lo.
kaikki arvostelut » While searching for a good hotel in Shirdi I was mulling over options of Sun n sand, matrix inn, St Laurn, Goradias as I have small kids and I was looking for comfortable place for them. I ended up booking 2 rooms in SSB as the reviews were better than 5 star hotels and the price was very nominal. I was still skeptical as to how it would turn out actually but to my utter surprise, the hotel n its reviews lived upto its expectations. The staff was courteous, right from manager to the service boy. We liked this hotel as it was closer to the temple. It had a nice restaurant with very good menu. Overall the hotel staff were nice. If I were to go to Shirdi again in the near future I would surely stay at Hotel Shardha Saburi Palace. Overall experience was very good with excellent food and service. The food was really good specially if you like north indian dishes. No choice in menu for south dishes. Place is clean and very near to auto stand and temple. every thing you need is in walking distance. The food of the restaurant was very good. The staff at Reception were quite helpful and humble. The rooms were neat and clean and value for money. Very friendly & helpful staff. Clean bathroom & toilet. Just a few minutes walk from the Sai Temple. Good food at their restaurant. I liked its location from the temple. it is just 500 metres from the Sai mandir. Cleanliness is good, Very Near to Temple. We had communication problem with the staff, as most of the staff did not speak Hindi or English. Nothing much to dislike. You get what you pay for. The housekeeping staff needs to be more prompt with there services. Garbage littered in the empty plot adjoining the hotel. The cleanliness of the restaurant has to be improved. Not very near to Sai Baba Temple, which was expected by us due to the location marked on map.. Nothing as such, would like to suggest the hotel admin to include south Indian food like dosa, Idli in their breakfast menu. They charged 400 rs for cab from sai nagar station to the temple which is hardly 1-2 km, it is too much, auto charged 20 rs... . Food quality . Travel desk arrangement. maintenance of AC and bathroom fittings need to be improved. Food needs to be improved on variety and quality. Slackness of the staff in taking care of light points and the beds etc. still to improve in all. Slow is service especially in restaurant. Not well organised. on cash payment?. Cleanliness. Hot water was available only during morning hours after 4 AM and that too we had to go and inform the staff. Hot Water is available only between 1.00 AM to 10.00 AM. Also the water was just lukewarm and not hot. Breakfast is not served before 9.00 AM. Didn't like the complimentary breakfast which had no variety. Also the staff in the restaurant needs adequate training to serve guests. Price slightly on higher side considering the facilities on offer. Maintainence of the hotel is very poor. The basic ammenities need to be looked into. The hotel staff needs to be pulled up since light fan not working is nothing but carelessness.The room service too needs to be improved. Overall an unsatisfactory experience. untrained staff, no facilty. We have booked for a 3 bed room and also confirmed a day earlier. But on reaching they say only 2 beded room is available. As we have reached in the night, we had no option but to take that room. Next day we have asked like if we can check out around 2 in place of 12pm, but they have not allowed. Otherwise location of the HOTEL was OK. The rooms were badly maintained.The staff are untrined.The restaurent is pathetic,they take one hour to serve one item.The worst part of the trip was the hotel booked through you.Iam surprised you list such a bad hotel on your Portal.The linen was dirty and used.
