We had an early flight out of delhi. So we choose this hotel close to the airport. Hotel is a great option near the igi Airport. Front desk is helpful, rooms are clean. You check the live update for your flight before departure at the front desk and also takeout a print out free of charge. We used this hotel for one night . Great place, good food and very reasonable. Shower was great and the bed very comfortable. Staff were very friendly and even bought food in our room.Taxi transfers very cheap..

Hotel is good in location .Staff is good and helpful wi fi internet is free in rooms . I like most .hotel is very good choice for transit people. well decorated rooms, new furnished and very clean. Location is close to airport. I think this place is good for only 1 night stay. A short taxi trip from the Airport and remember not to pay to mutch for a taxi, ask for a pre-paid taxi. It was one of the cheaper options available. staff were trying to be helpful. Clean bathroom. Only redeeming feature was the fact that the hotel is not too far from the hotel. Still very hard to locate the gully that it is in though. as such its a normal hotel with not satisfactory services. was cheap and close to airport. Room was ok but not facilities. Nothing to talk about. Airport drop-off. Not much. Price. No lift . Promised airport pick up was an hour late with no apology........promised shuttle back to airport was not included as indicated but cost extra,something not mentioned in hotel write-up. No hot water in shower. They try to charge me for water they told was free. Not clean in the toilet and i had to ask for toiletpaper. Breakfast was served at the room. Everything from location to staff, cleanliness. Staff n management is greedy. They will try to put up excuses n some fake bills. Food is not good either. everything else. The hotel is ok but not for the price. No hot water, WiFi doesn't work, the bed is too shot even for a girl, the carpet is in big spots. I had paid for the booking on the internet and yet your staff failed to recognize this and asked me to pay in cash upon departure.Serious lack of communications.I am expecting a full refund asap with any loss of interest until the refund is made. The hotel is situated in one of the worst parts of Delhi I have ever seen. The place is filthy, there is no breakfast as advertised, there isn't even a kitchen on the premises. The manager is a cheat and they charge ridiculous prices for even basic things like bread/butter. All in all, I will never stay here again and strongly advice people against staying here. i don,t like the location, also Staff is very slow. location around airport does not make you feel very safe, road up to hotel was dirt road with people living and cooking in a nearby parking lot, value was not worth the lose of feeling of safety/security. - No hot water in the room - 4th floor without lift - bathroom is pretty small - very difficult to find the hotel.. its deep inside narrow roads. The room was stinky. Cleanliness was poor with dust all over the room. No lift to reach 3rd floor. Bathroom taps were broken. No hangers to hang clothes. Overall a horrible experience and nothing less of nightmare. No proper road to the hotel Bed covers were dirty and ugly Stinking rooms and no proper ventilations or natural lighting No windows at all Toilet/bath is not at all clean Pipes and fittings needed repair Bathtowels were dirty No lockers were there No drinking water Even black and white menu card provided for room service was soo dirty for anyone to take in hand. Shower did not work, ac likewise, sheets too small for bed, numerous broken things. I asked for a bottle of drinking water and was supplied with refilled bottle that was not sealed. Nasty place. The airport pick up promised did not show up. The hotel is a run down property nothing compared to the pictures. The location is at a very shady bylane where a family would be scared to stay No breakfast was served as promised. there is nothing to be liked in air port city hotel. I wouldn't prefer this this hotel even if I have to sleep on the footpath. Dirt y and blood in my bed. The staff didn't help us for anything. The room was very dirty and they try also to ask to us for paying some services which they say on the website were free. The staff was very poor and took more than 40 mins to bring a bottle of water, breakfast etc. The toilets were so dirty that we din't bath. Also the free breakfast actually is a couple of bread toasts and a tea. The toast tasted of soap so we din't have it.
