Very friendly, clean and comfortable hotel. Everyone was very helpful and polite. Excellent food. I had a very pleasant time there. Staff was very nice, at the front desk, for breakfast, when leaving the hotel. room design up-to-date. comfort and cosy. The room was good. The staff was good. The hotel organised a car for me to go to Pune and although I felt safe and the driver was friendly, what I didn't like was, we've driven for about an hour and he run out of petrol! He knew it was a 3-4 hours drive and should have fill the tank accordingly.
