This hotel can fairly be described as a sterling four-star property... Despite its location on a traffic-congested throughfare the windows are double or triple glazed so there is no noise disturbance assailing you from the street. Evening meals are very square served at 500 Rs only. And the free morning cooking was also deligthful and, given the unstinting buffet style service, even enough to last through a day.

Great hotel for a stopover between flights. Would definitely stay again!. The hotel is very close to the airport and they offer free airport shuttle. I needed a place to stay because I arrived too late at night to catch a flight to southern India. They were waiting for me at airport...good wifi, spacious, comfortable room. Breakfast okay. I was so impressed with i-touch system, you can control everything (light, TV, AC, Door)while you're lying on your bed, love it so much. location is not bad, staffs are very friendly. if I come back to mumbai I'd love to stay in Hotel Suba International again. I am a travel journalist and I will certainly promote Suba when return to Australia - in major national newspapers. the rooms were nice (new and high tech facilities), nice breakfast, friendly staff, very comfort hotel. for someone in transit, this hotel is the best since it is close to the airport and offers free pick up and drop airport services. Though we checked in late night, got prompt room service as we had an early morning flight to catch. The price of the shuttle for someone who was accompanying us but not staying at the hotel:500 ruppies (almost $10.00), to go 2 miles... Bath room had a damp / Musky smell. A bit long waiting for thr shuttle car, but I understand that this area of Bombay is permanently traffic jammed ..... Nothing really. Communication: I had asked for airport pickup. Nobody turned up since they wanted the flight number. If I would had got a communication from the hotel, I would have certainly provided it. It was a real torture getting a cab with two tired kids and getting to the hotel. The hotel did not consider sending a shuttle when called from the airport. Cleanliness: Sheets and the room floor was not clean. Reception staff were surly and rather abrupt.Taxi driver that reception booked tried to charge us 500rps for airport run,hotel need to know about these unscrupulous people trying to fleece their guests. the rooms operate on IPOD. its a very nice sci-fi and techno blessed feature. unfortunately the IPOD looses the connectivity with wifi and the room becomes uncontrollable. lights,AC turn off and on automatically once wifi gets in range. Breakfast didn’t start till 7:00, which is very late for an airport hotel. Why else do you stay at the airport? We left hungry since we had an 8:30 flight. Calls itself an international hotel, but no alcohol. Took 15 minutes to produce a mango lassi in the dining room, and about the same time again to bring the bill. Alcohol not served. No facilities for spa or a swimming pool. Quite basic. Poor location. Surrounded by slums. Isolation system between the floors was poor. I was able to hear the peopole moveing upstairs. Room door also need more isolation because I was able to hear peopole walking , talking and closing the doors in the corridor. It's about 4.5Km from the airport. The hotel staff was not aware of the booking thru letsbookhotel.com and I had to fill in all the details again. It looked very unprofessional on the part of the hotel staff to be completely clueless. They did not make any efforts to contact letsbookhotel.com but simply asked me to fill in the registration details again. * WiFi in room had inadequate field strength. * Receptionist gave wrong advice regarding airport. Told that domestic and international was same place. Air conduction system is poor. The reasturant is not up to the mark. Location. Buffet breakfast was very limited. I paid for an upgrade only to find that it was the same room.So the upgrade is a ploy to get more money out of you .Shame on letsbookhotel.com dont trust that upgrade e-mail. Cleaness was not good, I had black long hair for three days on my carpet, breakfast was not bad. Awful service! Staff terrible! Poor breakfast! Complications with checking in & out! Aircon not working on the hallway. Poor wifi connection. stincky rooms and bathrooms.
