The staff at the hotel was very very friendly, Especially Mr. Vinodh and Mr. Sunil. We had an electrical problem in our room alone, suddenly at midnight 12. We complained it and the staff immediately responded and tried to repair it. But since they couldn't do it immediately they gave us another room to stay until that was repaired. I like that it was quite convenient because you can easily walk to metro station by which you can go to any part of Delhi easily. Good location for people who are arriving late by train. Good option of breakfast on the roof top and breakfast was included in room price. Bed was good and comfortable to sleep. Also the Receptionist was very friendly and nice. Good customer service :)
