  Room was of a good size and bed was very comfy. Hotel was clean and staff were very friendly and accommodating. But since they couldn't do it immediately they gave us another room to stay until that was repaired. The immediate response and the importance given for the customers impressed us.   The staff was the highlight, they were so helpful and so friendly, their insights were truly helpful. The hotel room we stayed in was quiet and comfortable. The bed was soft and very much safe for my back. We really had a hassle free stay. The location was literally perfect. Ten minutes to everywhere and the metro was right outside the market. Attention: if you arrive at Delhi airport for the first time, never take a private taxi. Once you leave the airport building they will descend on you and try to get you in their cab. Don't do it! The cook Mr. Negi was very particular in helping us decide menu and he himself suggested some lovely dishes,his hot phulkas was jus excellent specially after a tiring day.
