  The staff went out of their way to make me feel at home and well taken care of. the level of care and attention was over the top. however, the actual hotel needs upgrades in systems operation, e.g. the elevators. i did not like the fact that i could not open the window, either.// the business centre is okay and the staff there are super great,... mitä ihmiset sanovat » but in fact you must pay a hefty fee per hour to use the internet and it's quite expensive to use it in your room, as well. the hotel should listen - Wonderfull experience: a very professional, high end approach but with a fun and humorous twist. First time ever I felt so welcomed and appreciated as a guest. Small but important wishes and desires were remembered and taken care of (food allergies, preference for breakfast, room temperature, preferred cushion).
