This is my best ever experience with any hotel i have stayed. talk about the service and what an amazing guy Mohammad is. He is indeed an asset to Shirley. Shirley herself made me feel special with her courtesy and delighted me with the entire ambience. Ever in my life if i decide to go to kovalam my only destination is Shirleys beach resort. I would recommend everyone going to kovalam or even kerala to stay with this amazing hotel. This is the best place i stayed in my entire kerala trip. Onc.
kaikki arvostelut » It is a really nice place to stay in! Our room was big and very clean with a bathroom and a nice balcony. The service was great, every morning we got a good breakfast served on the balcony. We had hot water, wifi and Shirley and Sambaath where really helpful! Would recommend this place to anybody going to Kovalam!. Shirley and her son were very friendly and approachable. Muhammad made us very tasty breakfast each morning. We first booked the hotel for 3 nights but ended up staying there for further 11 nights. Good value for money. Staff and owner are very friendly and helpful. Helped us in planning the trip Budget friendly and clean. Very close to the beach Very close to the shops and restaurants. Very friendly Landlady. Breakfast is served to the bed. Fridge is in the room. The room has balcony. Service and mohammad s hospitality and Owners is too friendly homely. Big rooms, very clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Free toiletries. Very good Price/Quality ratio. Shirley the owner is very nice. everything........... the staff, location with little local shop opposite that sold delicious samosa and omlettes,. Next to the beach Great Support Staff. hgchgvcjv. I did not like anything of this hotel...plzz booking,com..never suggest this hotel to anybody,,its affect your company's goodwill... Bed is not sufficient for 2 adults & 2 kids No wardrobe. Very close to a temple and early morning loud music Comes with the breakfast but not much choice (Bread - Omlet). Mosquitos. Wifi was acting funny, kept asking for additional password, so connection wasn't steady. Also there was bit of noise from the road (honking cars), but only during the day, in the morning or during the night it's fine. Wifi on 2nd floor is very poor. water leaking into our bathroom wall under the sink which was from bathroom above, lack of a wardrobe. Bedroom amenities ( torn bedsheet and towels) TV was missing thought confirmed by bookings.com site bed-side lamps not functioning No water in Bathroom during evening and morning. bv jvhjvb. Nothing was as we expected,the place was in another hotel because they were full but her place is nothing to do to what they offer.breakfast in an office ,cold,no taste ,very dissaponting experience.we move inmediatly to a half cheaper plce in the beach and nicer. Very very bad hotel.never go this hotel,,you can find more better hotel near beach,,stay away of this hotel..
