The staff were flawless in their service - extremely helpful. We were offered a late checkout as our flight was at 1.30am. They also took care of our luggage and organised a taxi. We extended our stay and they offered the same rate as when we first booked. Breakfast buffet was lovely and the room was comfortable and stylish. we stayed more than 2 weeks in this hotel, amazing hotel, great breakfast, so nice staff, clean rooms, and very nice ones, they have helped us to organize our train tickets to Darjeeling, really amazing hospitality you will never get this kind of hospitality in Europe, location of the hotel is good.

Had a delightful experience at the meeting rooms. Was looking for a good hotel with great parking facility in place. The Park Plaza Kolkata Ballygunge was a great stay. The basement parking facility at the hotel is quite good. Loved to stay there and will come back soon. . Visited Park Plaza Kolkata Ballygunge last week for a business trip. The hotel has great concierge and valet parking facility for the guests. The response for valet parking was quite good. Enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The Park Plaza, Ballygunge is a hotel worth staying. I checked in at the hotel last week and checked out the wonderful swimming pool. It is a very nicely maintained pool located on the rooftop. . the staff was friendly and nice. the food served in the restaurants was delicious. - Clean rooms - STUFFS ARE OK, BUT LAISY. Taxi drivers weren't always sure where the hotel was but we ended up saying Gariahat Markets and then walking around the corner. Although they serve good food but I think they should bring more variation. It seems room walls are very thin and one can hear all the noise from next room and also disco or any music from upstairs/ function rooms. I would have scored excellent for cleanliness but there were some ? coffee/ red wine stain marks on the bedroom carpet. I haven't found anything that was not up to the mark at this hotel. Food cost Can you imagine a Diet Coke costs Rs 275 or about $ 5 If that is not called skimming, what is beware of food rates There is an excellent restaurant 30 ft away. Restaurant Food Too Much Bending and Stooping for Welcome. Nothing. Rooms are a bit small. I think they should extend their spa services and include some of the latest techniques. Although housekeeping services are frequently offered but I think there should be more staffs for the same. the rooms are yet being done up on most floors. the freshly painted corridors stink. they made me change four rooms on the day of the check in. some rooms tended to get noisy. - People do not know the hotel - ATMOSPHARE IS NOT NICE TO OPEN THE WINDOWS CURTAIN ??? - ASK FOR AN ASHTRAY, IT COMES TO ME AFTER CALLED 6 TIMES AND 3 HOUR LATE ??? - AT NIGHT 2 AM NO WATER ON TAP ?? BUT AT MORNING IT WAS OK. The facilities are just awful.there is practically nothing to enjoy right now. The smell near the bathroom bed from the bathroom sink. location of hotel and room size. The hotel manager seems to be uncouth , rude and lacks simple manners. Avoid this place , at the same price you may check in to Oberios ,HHI which are far more professional. hotel is very bad. No proper Service. Bathroom was over flowing.
