Discrete, polite staff bu - Room was spacious with a balcony overlooking the park. Towels were changed & bins emptied on a daily basis - this is also done later in the morning so if you want a sleep in, no-one will disturb you! The hotel was safe and in a perfect location for sight seeing,travel,relaxing and shopping! I have been to Budapest previously and this is probably the best accomodation I have stayed in. I will be going back and I will definetely stay in this hotel.

  The location was perfect - within walking distance to all the main sites of Pest, and close to the metro for the sites not within walking distance. The apartment was well-stocked with hair dryer, iron/ironing board, kitchen supplies, towels, etc. There was plenty of space for our family.   We were absolutely amazed by this hotel. We work for an airline and visit many hotels, but this was by far the BEST HOTEL we have ever stayed in. We stayed for 3 nights, the staff couldn't be more proffestional or helpful. The location is perfect, central, quiet, safe.
