  The hotel was very elegant and well presented with a very impressive lobby. The concierge service was excellent, helped us book tickets for a boat cruise and recommended a restaurant that was excellent. There was live piano music in the evening in the lobby/bar area which made it really atmospheric and pleasant to have a drink there. The apartments are very well equipped and clean. Since it's located in the heart of Budapest there's a lot of things to do near the hotel and the closest metro station is a few hundred meters away.

  I loved everything about the Opera Gardens Hotel. When I approached the front door it opened automatically and as I turned toward the front desk, this charming, helpful, and professional young man came out from an office door to great me. The room service food (at least soup and salad) was superb! The breakfast buffet was top notch! I could walk to every plac - Very friendly staff. Sangria each evening in the hotel lobby for you to grab a glass on your way back up to your room. Rooms were lovely and spacious. Staff happy to assist in booking taxis/tickets to the Szechenyi baths & other attractions. Great location. Great breakfast choices. All in all, a lovely boutique hotel, small but the
