  Location is good, 15 minute walk to MTR, 10 minute walk to Welcome supermarkets or International. 15 Minute walk to the ferry terminal building which houses several places to eat in the mini mall. The tram is just round the back and costs next to nothing, 4 stops away and you are at the MTR.
