  The warm, friendly welcome from the excellent staff. The peaceful stress free location of the hotel. I have stayed at the hotel many times over the years and I have allways enjoyed my time there and been very sad to leave it. We arrived with 4 small children from the Airport, with 7 suitcases, and yes it is hard to get up the stairs, but we received help and made it safe and sound upstairs, checked in and had a wonderful stay.   I have stayed at this hotel many times. It is a true 5 star hotel with a much lower cost because it is out of the city. The rooms are very comfortable, a very nice pool, and a small cozy night club to unwind.   The room was beautiful with a great view overlooking the bay. It was a large room with a seating area, comfortable double bed and a balcony - all very tastefully furnished. I personally loved the bathroom equipped with shower and a big bath tub. Worth to mention is there are two showers - one on the ceiling and the other on the wall. Bed was comfortable.
