The room was clean and had a good ceiling-fan and a working TV. The shower worked very well. There was a water-cooler and fridge and a ready source of boiling water for the coffee, which was provided free. It was very quiet at night, despite 'packaging density' of people.
The access to shops is easy.

The Indian caretaker was very accommodating, but didn't understand

Very near Centre.
The room was small and cramped with very little storage space. The stairwell had a bad smell, although it was not necessary to use it since the lift worked well. We asked to extend our stay by seven more nights, and the man at Reception tried to charge us about 30% more for the extra nights, until we said we would go elsewhere, then he agreed to the same price as before (300 HK dollars per night). This kind of 'horse trading' is of course normal for Hong Kong.
The owner have a friend waiting in our room and when we arrive to the
room they gave us instructions and after that they've forced us to
give a tip to them for 50$ my girlfriend ask for only 20$ but the Arab
man refused and insist for 50$. They should report to the immigration of
hongkong they are threat to tourism.

The humidity in the room and water on the floor from the AC device.
I was a dangerous facility where there was terrific physical issues
[violence] between the ethnic Indian community and the black African
community. You should not promote this facility!.

Upon arrival at Chung King Mansion main entrance, guests are advised to walk straight into D4, 17/F, Block D (same reception as Nagaland Guest House) and ignore the sales people and touts around the hostel. At the reception, please reconfirm the address and hostel name. In cases of no-show, guests will be charged as per the hostel's policy.
