I always receive the consistant comfort, hospitality, and cleanliness that I've come to expect from Chelsea after being a patron for over three years. Unless they deviate from this combination of quality, I would never think of another place to stay in Hong Kong proper!. Chelsea Hotel has always been my go to place in Hong Kong...I Love it, the rooms are comfortable, the staff has always been great to me, and the location is excellent!.
kaikki arvostelut » The staff spoke perfect english and were very helpful. The location is amazing to go to eat and shop. A train station is right besides the entrance door of the hotel. The hotel is really closed to shopping area with just a few minutes walk distance and the MTR station access is just in front of the hotel. Superb location!!!. It is positioned just in front of the metro exit. It is very close to shuttle bus services for HK fairs and airport shuttle buses. Location great ,nice hotel second time stayed in this hotel and will stay again. The room and access to the hotel. Perfect Location. Free WiFi. Always...ALWAYS, great!. Location is fantastic. The wall paper, the head of the beds and the lamps should be changed as in my room the walls and beads were scratched and the light above my bead was almost falling. Also they should use fabric softener for the towels as they were kind off harsh on the skin, put more international outlets and change the sheets they use for the beds. Nothing. No refrigerator in the room. No luggage stand to help in packing and unpacking. I booked a room for July 5th, I pay double for this day as the reason I have told, high season. No breakfast. Infrastructure condition must be improved. Room a little bit small. Price is a little bit high to what its offers. Asked for extra towels, not given. too small. Stains on the floor and curtain. Very uncooperative. Very stricken on check out. Not much friendly. No help for luggage. Facilities are poor. Room was small and there is hardly any moving space. - Staff won't help you with anything. - room smells mold - room feels stuffy - no common area (no restaurant or lobby or a couch to sit and surf while you wait for something). Very dirty and extremely small rooms. The floor was stinking. Overpriced and not clean.
