Nice place, clean, frendly staff. -
The hotel is in good condition, tidy and clean. The swimming pool area is fine. There was always enough food served in te buffet even if we arrived later to the breakfast or to the dinner. The waiters and waitresses are very helpful and kind.

The staff at reception were fantastic. We had some problems with our flights to the island and the reception staff were outstanding in helping us to resolve them. We felt like they really cared and wanted to do anything to ensure our stay in Zakinthos was relaxing and fun. They gave us great advice on which beaches to explore and helped us booking

location and this hotel was quiet and comfortable on the side of a
touristic area. Staff is very very friendly and helpfull. Swimming pools
are preatty nice and deep enaugh to enjoy. Food is excelent specially
dinners with a hand made deserts! Bravo!

The room was spacious and comfortable, situated close to the centre of Tsilivi (10 min walk), they were cleaning every day and changing sheets and towels every 2 days. Very pieceful location and we had a balcony too.

Hotel is nice, clean and in the center of Tsilivi. What is exceptional about that place is Katerina herself. We missed first night of our booking due to ferry strike and she arranged with letsbookhotel.com not to pay for that. She could totally say - "This is booked I can do nothing...", but no. She went against her profit to keep us satisfied. N

Katerina is very sympathetic and the studio very nice and clean. We appreciated the service, and the quietness. The swimming pool was allo very nice and quiet.

The apartman was big, very nice, clean and bed was very comfoftable. From the balcany was so beautiful seaview :) Sea is 50 metres from hotel and shops and restaurants was 2 minutes walk distance. Wi-fi works one room, but when I change room, wi-fi doesn`t work. That`s only bad thing to say, because I have to work also and I really need internet.

The location just at the edge of Tsilivi and only 50 meters from the sea border is absolutely perfect: the village is still very near, only a few minutes to walk, but you also have the quiet of the sea. The views from the rooms overlooking the sea are stunning and relaxing, having a nice glass of wine on the balcony is like a small piece of heaven. The beach is about 10 mins walk, the first restaurants is just 5 mins.
So it's near to the parties but far from the noise.
Good location if you want to rest during the night.
Room was cleaned regularly and towels were changed at least 3 times during 1 week.
Aircondition is useful and there was no extra charge for it!

We liked everything! The staff are so helpful and friendly, the rooms are kept spotlessly clean..everyday! and no matter what time you want a drink the bar is likely to be open. Wonderful freshly cooked food at a very good price available all day and always room around the pool to sunbathe but also a short stroll to the beach. Highly recommended :)
