  We were met at the harbour and taken to Vinceno Family Rooms where cold drinks were made available. Our room was Studio 9, which was a large room and it also had a small lounge with a balcony facing the street. There was a flat screen tv, a kettle and cups for our early morning cup of tea. The bathroom had all new fittings and there was also a ... mitä ihmiset sanovat » spa bath. Outside the room was a small patio with a table, chairs and a bench seat. The breakfasts were amazing. There were only 3 of us, but there - Vincenzo family rooms is outstanding in all categories, it is an oasis on a jewel of an island in the port city of Chora. The location of the hotel is great, close enough to the port to make walking easy yet set in a fairly quiet neighborhood. The hotel consists of two buildings located on opposite sides of a lightly traveled one way street,each with their own character, their are several types of rooms so ask and they will have a room that will make you happy.   When we landed in Tino's from the ferry we were surprised to find that the original resort we had booked had sent an email that evening saying they were sorry but they were overbooked. At 11 PM at night we were forced to find other accommodations for 5 of us , 2 adults and 3 grown children. We found the Tinos Resort online and what a blessing it... mitä ihmiset sanovat » turned out to be. They say things happen for a reason and I know that is what happened here... the owners were amazing and the units ( our 2 bedroom - We loved the owners, Anthony and Georgia. They were so helpful and just couldn't do enough for us. The room was excellent, room 6, but only had a sea view through a window, not from a balcony. There were however 2 balconies on the landward side of the hotel. Anthony's tips on where to go in terms of beaches and villages was excellent. Breakfast was amazing, all prepared by Georgia. There were omlettes, fruit and yoghurt, bruschettas, ham on bread, and tea or coffee.
