Perfect location, it takes you about 10 minutes to walk to Fira and even less to Oia. We stayed there with my boyfriend for a couple of days and literally walked through the entire island. Very good location, 10 min walk from buzzing Fira but much more quiet.
Excellent view of the caldera from the shared balcony. Kosmas, the
owner, is kind and very helpful. Very good value for money, considering
how much others charge for the view, if you are willing to share it.
Tip: If you are budget conscious get a room without a view. The ones
with the view just have a window anyway and the balcony is what makes
it worth it.

Great hotel in a lovely location, we loved watching the sunset each night. Astra Suites exceeded our expectations. It's a beautiful romantic hotel with an amazing location and breath taking views. The staff were very friendly and generous. Marizan has been the most impressive stay in the decade for me and my wife.
We stayed with the Honeymoon cave type for 2 nights which is spacious and very clean. There are all necessary kitchen equipment.
The hotel locates on the best sunset viewpoint , no need to reserve the seat like the public viewpoint that require to reach there 2-3 hours before sunset.
Georgia and Giannis (Owners) took care us very great, we felt warm like staying at home.
It takes only 10 minutes to the center of Oia.

This is a fantastic boutique hotel located at the highest point of the caldera with breathtaking views - the best in Santorini. We came to Santorini for our honeymoon and it was the perfect location! we stayed at the hotel for 5 nights, loved every second! The room had everything we needed, including a balcony with Caldera view! The pool was so nice, the perfect place to relax. The breakfast was so good, and the stuff were nice and kind. Everything that I had read in previous reviews is true and more. From the moment that we arrived Lefteris, Stavros and family made us feel welcome. By the end of the holiday, we felt like we were family.

We spent 12 days in Sept 2013 in this location and we can say that everything was more than perfect. We are very lucky to discover the wonderfull location at Anastasia Princess in Perissa. The two brothers managing this hotel, Stavros and Lefteris, are very friendly, helpful and ready to help every guest with information about region, history of island, villages. They are making you feeling like a family member.

Very good and quiet location and a perfect base for exploring Santorini. Busstop, bakeries, supermarket, mini markets and tavernas within a few minutes walking distance. 15 - 20 minutes walk to Fira or catch the bus that runs frequently. The owners are very nice people who really make you feel welcome. At arrival they pick you up at the airport or the port and take you there again when you leave. Also the Wi-Fi in the room is reliable and fast. I will stay there again next time on Santorini.
