  Everything was fabulous. The staff were very friendly, helpful, polite and proffesional from the start to the end of our stay, The room was clean, fresh and comfortable. The mini bar was restocked daily. The room was cleaned daily. The internet was available 24/7 without any problems or connecton issues.   Very clean hotel. Big and spacious rooms. Friendly staff. Lot's of families with children. The hotel is nice and classy. It has only 20 rooms and therefore it's very relaxing (it isn't crowded). Also there are a lot of activities organized by the hotel staff (cooking classes, greek language classes etc) The food is plentiful and very good. Will recommend this hotel to my relatives, friends and all travellers!

There was an improvement of the service since 2011. we have received a free upgrade from a Standard Room to a Junior Suite. The fresh orange juice which we get at the reception at arrival was a nice surprise.
