We were made very welcome by Katerina, the owner. She goes out of her way completely to make sure all your needs are met. Every day we were given something homemade, like lemonade, wine or pastries. Highly recommended!! I liked everything about it! It's almost like I don't want to say too much because I was so positively surprised by how we were taken care of. I've never had a better hotel experience (even at fancy places), and it felt like staying with a nice Greek family. FYI: don't get a taxi at the port, but look for the Hotel Grotta van, they pick you up. Or you can simply walk a little ways away from the ferry (we came by ferry) and look up to your left. Niki Savvas located close beautiful sea and I heard the sound of the waves when I was in the room, that felt so good.
The room is new and pretty and kept clean when I back the room everyday.
I was traveling alone in milos but I had nothing to uneasiness because niki savvas people were very helpful and kindly to me.
I'd really like to visit here again.

The hotel has the most amazing view of the sunset, which we enjoyed every night from our balcony. On arrival, we received a welcome glass of wine and reception was more than happy to help with our queries. The breakfast was huge, with great variety, and served on our balcony every morning. The location is great, a short walk to the mini markets and restaurants. I would highly recommend this hotel - we hardly explored Santorini because we wanted to stay there and relax!
