The staff was amazing since the moment we landed at the airport. We were able to check in early, so about 1 hour after we landed Evangelia from the reception had organised beach chairs and lunch reservations in a marvelous beach/restaurant. -

The staff were awesome. So helpful and friendly. The pool/bar area were beautiful and were so relaxing! The breakfast was buffet style and was a little different each morning. It was great. The hotel has great service with excellent staff, they made us feel like home. Any request was always taken seriously and actioned.
Our package was with a transfer, but due to some communication gap, we paid the limo. The lady at the reception next day asked us what we had paid, and without even our asking, she handed the cash back to us.
On departure, they arranged breakfast early at 6.30am, since we had an early flight.

We came to Santorini for our honeymoon and it was the perfect location! we stayed at the hotel for 5 nights, loved every second! The room had everything we needed, including a balcony with Caldera view! The pool was so nice, the perfect place to relax. The breakfast was so good, and the stuff were nice and kind.
