Location, nice price, friendly staff, suberb view and spacious room and
balcony or terras. (At the front of the hotel)
They have brand new mattresses of good quality! Not to hard and not to soft.
Although start of the season, they had allready filled the pool.
The grounds are very well maintained.
Free Wifi is available. Maybe not yet in all the rooms. But at the pool and in the lounge/lobby it works fine.
Everybody is motivated to make sure you have a wonderfull time.

Excellent resort. We had a very large, solid villa located away from the noisy main swimming pool. It was quiet, clean and will climatized. Very nice sunsets. You can walk from one resort to the other and back, close to a 2-km walk. Very nice lawn. Service very friendly and helpful. Good location somehow. -

We stayed at the Happy Cretan for three nights and the only bad thing I have to say is that we didn't have more time there. The hotel setting was absolutely gorgeous! The rooms were fresh and clean along with being eco-friendly. The hotel is nested in wonderful garden. Do not hesitate to choose the rooms with small garden in front, it is perfect for kids. The location is beautiful, grounds are well-kept, kids loved the pools,
buffet was fabulous. This was our first "resort" and we did
half-board, which worked great. We stayed one night to shorten the early
morning drive from Chiana to Herklion (9:45am ferry to Santorini). It
was perfect for one night, and they gave us an early breakfast too.
