The room was well designed and confortable, lots of space and a little balcony that overlooked the sea.   Staff gave us a very warm welcome and made us so comfortable, they were always very helpfull. Location of hotel is amazing, with a beautiful view. Breakfast served was the best we got in greece. Recomendations given by hotel staff was also very helpful and made our stay more pleasurable.   In one word - wow!!! Amazing hotel, located centrally in Mykonos town (unlike lots of places that mislead you). - First of all I would like to point out Clio and Evangelia that went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and comfortable.   This was our 4th time staying at Vencia, and as always, they exceeded our expectations. Stella and the team are amazing! The staff at the hotel is warm, friendly, professional...and fun. It is a short walk from Mykonos Town (7-10 mins), but just far enough not to hear all the noise. The hotel restaurant, Karavari, has been voted as one of the best in Mykonos Town. - The staff!! Everyone was super helpful and friendly. When we found out our ferry had been cancelled the front desk rang up the Ferry company to help us arrange an alternative ferry (at 10pm!). Breakfast buffet was superb with a multitude of hot and cold options including bacon, eggs and sausages. The views from the patio and pool areas was spectacular. Rooms were clean and well appointed and quiet. Stella gave us a complimentary upgrade as it was our honeymoon - sea view was very nice!!!

Positive points: Very well situated, 5min. from central bus stop, from Mykonos centre, from windmills, from rent-a-car agencies.   Beautiful views, and so much outdoor space! Huge rooftop patio with great seating, along with many smaller patios and balconies throughout. We basically had a private patio and gorgeous balcony with lounge chairs to ourselves because it was right outside our room, but anyone could have used it. Breakfast was very good. We later stayed just down the street at Hotel Nazos and though they looked about the same online, Ibiscus was a much better experience (nicer fac - My room had a balcony with beautiful view of the harbor and windmills. The sunset view was breathtaking. The hotel had lovely terraces. The hotel is located 15-20 minute walking distance from the town center (uphill) but the view is worth it. The breakfast was very good. The cookies and cakes were especially decicious!! The hotel offered free transfer to and from the port which was very convenient.
