  The concierge spoke English well and was patient with me although the letsbookhotel.com website misrepresented the description for a "sun terrace", which is just a standard balcony and not a outdoor area with sun and views of the city. The owner was very friendly and helped me resolve my concerns and even directed me to a neighbouring 4 star hotel... mitä ihmiset sanovat » called Hotel Stanley that had a pool and sun deck for pubic use so I stayed in their cheaper room and simply crossed the road to enjoy a swim and sun - Fabulous staff. Especially George. He can easily be at the Four Seasons! He, almost always went out of the way to make the stay effortless. Terrific levels of hygiene / cleanliness! I was impressed by how efficiently the room was made up by the house-keeper, in a matter of 2-3 minutes. This is probably one of the best locations for at this price range, however, the pictures (on letsbookhotel.com) showing the Akropolis from the hotel is bit of a stretch! The view from the top 7th floor was spectacular.The buses and trams stopped right - The hotel was excellent. The staff could not do enough to help and went out of their way on several occasions . It suited us location wise as we stayed one night at the beginning of our holiday before sailing from the marina opposite.   This hotel defies current Greek star ratings. Relative to other hotels outside of intercity Athens, this hotel is easily five stars. Rooms are immaculate and comfortable, the family-run establishment is in a wonderful residential neighborhood, easily within walking distance of great food.
