The hotel owners are very attentive and helpful. Giannis (the owner) made us feel more like being hosted by friends than staying in a hotel, and gave us lots of great tips and info on what to visit on the island. The location is very good, as it is just 10 minutes walking from the town center but at the same time in a very quiet location. Internet connection was always available.

The location is central and perfect for access to bars and restaurants in town, the apartments are clean, spacious and comfortable, the swimming pool is a god send when staying in the middle of town and the hospitality provided by Evi and Dimitris is incredible – they are extremely welcoming and caring and will do everything possible to ensure you have the best holiday.

We stayed in the apartment one week in the beginning of july.
We had a big apartment (for 3 persons but we were 2). It was very clean (cleaned every day and towels were changed every day). There were smalls bottles of shower gel, shampoo, ... (Replaced when they are finished).
There is also everything to cook (even dishwashing liquid and sponge).
The location is excellent (1 min walking of the bus station, and 5 minutes walking to the town center).

Marietta, the owner is just AMAZING. She couldn't do enough for us while we were there. She picked us up from the port and drove us to the airport on departure. She spent time with us on arrival and gave us a full briefing of the area with her recommendations and even walked us into Mykonos town to help us get our bearings. The owner and his mother were so helpful with anything we needed and fun too. The facilities were excellent and everyone made sure all the guests had everything needed to enjoy their stay, including daily rides to and from town. The apartments are spotless. Poppi and her family were so helpful and nice. They made our stay completely trouble free. Because the apartment complex is fairly small you get to know your fellow travellers who for us were all really friendly. The supermarket is next door, the beach, the cash machines are less than a minutes walk. There is a bakery offering fresh everything everyday for a lot less than the beach restaurants again less than a minutes walk. Brilliant!!!

I can not speak highly enough of my experience at Villa Nireas. Alex and Maria were overwhelmingly helpful and accommodating. They are friendly and took a real interest in assisting us and advising on places to go. The apartment is new and is very comfortable with everything you need to feel at home. Everything was perfect. It's a family run business and you are treated like family. They were always very kind, picked us up at the port, drove us to the rent-a-car in the town, offered some local food specialties twice so there were no words to describe the kindness of all. The apartment was great, comfortable and modern, with a fully equipped kitchen, so we definitely recommend villa nireas!

The hotel is right across Ornos Beach, location being phenomenal.

It's a minute from Platis Yalos beach, 5 minutes from a bus station to go to Mykonos town, and if you want to walk to paradise beach (which is good and flat, just don't do it at night..) it takes about 25 mins. extremely close to the beach.
The owner was extremely friendly, picking us up from the port and giving us lots of information on the island.
It's around 10 minutes to the main town by the local bus which is easy to get to from the hotel.
