The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was also very clean and it was cleaned daily. It is not fancy but it has everything you need, is a good size room, and is in a central location. Very close to shopping, Autostadt, and VW building. Really nice food on the ground floor bar. A very nice tidy, modern room with good internet, good tv and very clean. very friendly helpful staff comfortable and clean room.
