  The hotel rooms were full so they offered me an apartment instead which is not bad at all. Breakfast is average, good for a 3 stars hotel though. Only one worker speak english, the rest of the staff are only German speakers.   A great comfortable clean relaxing stay. Loads of snow, great sauna/pool and hot tubs (dont miss them) friendly staff and an excellent location. I'd imagine it was as stunning in summer as it was in winter. Thank you very much Hapimag Winterberg.   Very friendly and welcoming staff, the hotel was not expensive to eat in and the meals where excellent. The children even enjoyed the set meal! The whole stay was very relxaing with a homely feel, great place! we will be happy to go back anytime.

  The area is very nice and quiet. It is ideal for hikers. The staff was very friendly. The hotel has a restaurant which can provide very tasty and good food (you do not need to worry about the amount of food :-) ). The breakfast was also quite good. - Beautiful setting, excellent family room with kitchen and balcony.
