  The hotel rooms were full so they offered me an apartment instead which is not bad at all. Breakfast is average, good for a 3 stars hotel though. Only one worker speak english, the rest of the staff are only German speakers.   A great comfortable clean relaxing stay. Loads of snow, great sauna/pool and hot tubs (dont miss them) friendly staff and an excellent location. I'd imagine it was as stunning in summer as it was in winter. Thank you very much Hapimag Winterberg.   Excellent food and really clean, comfortable rooms. Elly and Hans (the owners) make you welcome from the moment you arrive. Well placed for the town, plus walking and cycling in the summer. And probably the best placed hotel in Winterberg in the snowy season!

  Very friendly and welcoming staff, the hotel was not expensive to eat in and the meals where excellent. The children even enjoyed the set meal! The whole stay was very relxaing with a homely feel, great place! we will be happy to go back anytime.
