Positive & helpfull attitude of receptionist (Annette Kurth) in booking me alternative dinner in the local village and knew how to handle a not entirely satisfied customer - turned it into a good experience -

I liked very much to sit on the
terasse looking over the Lake.
The dinners with fish were very good and it was arranged very nice.
The heating in the bathroom
for drying towel and bathing
suit.
I liked also the SPA. -
