Location, friendly staff, comfortable room. Good situation near to the Mosel. Good location at the waterfront. Nice big rooms with nice terrace. No WiFi or other Internet access. No one on staff spoke even rudimentary English. Communication was difficult. The hotel could do with a bit of money spending on it, it all looks a little dated and tired. The bathroom was quite cool if you like retro avocado coloured suites! Definitely need to provide some basic products, i.e. soap and shampoo for guests and some decent towels. They looked so worn that I was very reluctant to use them.
