  The hotel and surrounding countryside was beautiful. It was just up the hill from the city center of Seiffen. The food was fabulous. We didn't get a chance to use the spa but it looked lovely. We were there to shop for Erzebirge nutcrackers, schwibbogen, christmas pyramids, etc. Seiffen is lovely in all the seasons.

  Hotel and restaurant staff was very welcoming and helped in English. Hotel lobby was cozy and reflected the style of the community.
