  very friendly, we really liked the personal touch an hospitallity. we really felt at home. clean rooms, clean toilet and bath room, even humidity towls present in the batheroom/toilet. even with kids its very nice and also very privat. - convenience of closeness to Europa park, great shower, lovely staff, nice breakfast.

  Henkilökunta, Persoonallisuus, Kaiken toimivuus kuin 5 tähden hotellissa. - The room was rustically charming but in a modern way, wonderful colour schemes and the bathroom was large and modern (no bathtub but the shower was large) The woman who runs the hotel was very pleasant and helpful. A good sized parking lot across the street for hotel guests only. - The hotel is comfortable, clean, and the service is the best. The owner is gracious and helpful. The Christmas decor was beautiful. My best hotel stay in Germany. And so convenient to Europa Park.

  nice rooms direct entry to park good layout of breakfast friendly staff went there for Europa Park and is was excellent . Colosseo Hotel across the street is also nice - The room is clean. Chek in is fast. The mattress is new. Wifi is speedy and work everywhere in the hotel.

  excellent for visiting europapark very friendly staff, nice wellness area, nice buffet dinner everything was perfect - Everything was Great for the children. Normally I Don't like buffets but this was of good quality!

  The whole Hotel complex was based on a themed park area depicting a harbour-side setting that was to a very high standard. The bedrooms were very large. comfortable and air conditioned. The restaurants were decorated to depict the Lord Nelson ships theme. The food for breakfast had an outstanding choice, well presented in a buffet style. You also ... mitä ihmiset sanovat » had the choice of sitting inside or outside on the patio area next to a vast automated harbour side open water fountain display. - Everything, the design was well taken care of with the very tiny details. it gives an impression that you are in a ship. the breakfast was good and the children facilities was good. very close to the Colosseo hotel which has different food, theme and action that would complete your and your children requirement. there is a very nice fountain show at night in the pool.
