The staff were very helpful (I rushed in from the car after a long drive and needed to use the WC before even checking in and they were very helpful!). The room was beautiful, modern, big and airy.   Everyone was most attentive to any need we had and very friendly. Stephanie made our check in/out easy, and answered all our questions.   The hotel and surrounding countryside was beautiful. It was just up the hill from the city center of Seiffen. The food was fabulous. We didn't get a chance to use the spa but it looked lovely. We were there to shop for Erzebirge nutcrackers, schwibbogen, christmas pyramids, etc. Seiffen is lovely in all the seasons.
