  The service, the enthusiasm of the hotel Team from the guy at the door to the girls in the bar and restaurant was outstanding. The service was of the absolute highest standard and quality.   A great comfortable clean relaxing stay. Loads of snow, great sauna/pool and hot tubs (dont miss them) friendly staff and an excellent location. I'd imagine it was as stunning in summer as it was in winter. Thank you very much Hapimag Winterberg.
