  Reception staff was friendly and helpful. They always smiled and welcomed us with any kind of information. Our room was at the third floor and it was very clean and furnished of everything you need to bathe. The girl in the breakfast room was really friendly and the breakfast was good-served. I will surely come back if I ever come back to Dortmund... mitä ihmiset sanovat » for a football match - Staff was excellent (guy in Reception was very helpful!), the rooms are really nice, the Internet is very fast, the Hotel is very cosy and modern. The size of the rooms and bathroom is very good! We where very surprised with this hotel, will certainly come back! :) - The hotel is classy, stylish and professional. It's a great location too as it is only a minute or two's walk to the shops and about a 5 minute walk to the square where the good pubs are. The staff are very nice and one of the breakfast staff is extremely gorgeous.

  Staff were very helpful and went out of their way to accomodate our requirements. The family suite was very spacious, fresh and immaculate. Food was excellent; we had a delicious, reasonably priced evening meal when we arrived and breakfast was also very good. Car parking conveniently behind the hotel.   Very good location to explore Bonn and the surrounding area. Although near a busy road, the hotel was very quiet. Superb breakfast, kind and helpful staff, the hotel seems to cater mainly to a younger crowd which gives it a vibrant atmosphere. The open-air swimming pool is next door. - The accomodation is very good. Although we checked out on sunday we were allowed to use the outside pool and/or sauna on that day.
