  The staff was very helpful and friendly and even washed my hoodie, returning it to me within a few hours without charge. (The weather was unseasonably cold during our visit).   The hotel rooms were full so they offered me an apartment instead which is not bad at all. Breakfast is average, good for a 3 stars hotel though. Only one worker speak english, the rest of the staff are only German speakers.
