  The hotel rooms were full so they offered me an apartment instead which is not bad at all. Breakfast is average, good for a 3 stars hotel though. Only one worker speak english, the rest of the staff are only German speakers.   The staff was really friendly and the room was good. If you are going there for a match at BayArena, then the location is good as free buses depart from just outside the hotel - Very friendly staff, comfortable room and really good breakfast. Location close to the train station is also a plus (for travel to Cologne for example).

  We booked a triple room, and expected a decent size room. In fact the bedroom was very large, with two big single beds, there was a second bedroom for the third person, a fully equiped kitchenette, a large bathroom, and a balcony with a view on the village church. Excellent breakfast. Within driving distance (2 km) of a railway station from which we travelled into Münster. Also convenient for Münster Heath Cemetery (Commonwealth War Graves).   Loved the location of the hotel which is so close to the DOM Cathedral, the Rhine River (which extends to 4 countries) the city center with shops, pick up point for city tour and Cologne's tourist center. Restaurants abound in its vicinity. Hotel room was enormous ( we got upgraded), clean but styled in the 80's. For those with heavy luggage, there is one flight of stairs to take you - The room was as advertised, clean with all required amenities. Breakfast was awesome with a wide choice of hot and cold food and beverages. Staff was really welcoming and helpful plus they offer you as much fruits as you want and one free bottle of water daily, which was really fantastic. The location is also just a 5 minute walk from the Dom and central station plus there is a metro station just in front of the hotel. Great experience and hotel!
