  Friendly staff, good food, nice room - Beautiful views to the lake, big spacious room (although we think we were upgraded as we had booked a room with balcony and initially were put in a room with no balcony). Even though English very limited, staff were friendly and smiley.

  It was great to have a place away from the craziness of Oktoberfest. It is right next the the number 25 tram stop, which runs very frequently and takes you to Munich. From there, you can take public transportation all over the city. Very clean and beautiful inside. The breakfast was amazing, so it's worth getting a room with breakfast.   Highly recommend this place if going to Schwangau. Very clean, friendly staff, great atmosphere with views of the castles. Tons of bikes to use, which I recommend using, for a ride around the lake. - Extremely helpful staff. Very friendly and with good English.
