  Easy walking distance to central station or indeed right to city centre (half an hour or so) if you like a stroll. Friendly, helpful staff. Clean, comfortable room - no street noise that we heard. Nice little bar for a cheeky beer after a busy day. Public transport ans a few restaurants all in walking distance.   Lovely, very quiet hotel with the nicest European hotel rooms we've seen yet! No children were there when we were which made it even more quiet and romantic. The location is perfect for walking Bamberg. The underground parking was very nice since there's little street parking. It was very easy to walk to the sights and the Christmas Market. A plus that we could park in the garage underneath the hotel! The room we were in had a separate living room with king size bed and bathroom up a winding stair. Very romantic and a huge space. Skylight windows that open were a nice touch We ate dinner at the Restaurant and it was very nice. I would highly recommend this hotel
