  The hotel owner is very friendly and helpful and takes parts personally in ensuring that guests are well taken care of.   The staff was excellent. They let us eat early so we didn't miss our train! Very knowlagable about the town and they made it easy to get around. Very helpful, room was beautiful. - Very good.

  very friendly, we really liked the personal touch an hospitallity. we really felt at home. clean rooms, clean toilet and bath room, even humidity towls present in the batheroom/toilet. even with kids its very nice and also very privat. - convenience of closeness to Europa park, great shower, lovely staff, nice breakfast.

  Very close to Panzer Kaserne Army post (5 minutes). Room very clean. Amenities are very nice. Cable was good. Wi-fi was excellent. There is LTE (4G) speed for cellphones/iPads so you don't need wi-fi for those items - but comes in handy for laptops. Staff was great.
