The hosts were very practical and run a very straight forward service with good clear systems in place and information available.

It is always a pleasure to stay at the Dedllerhaus. The owners are
always friendly. Language is not a problem. The Location and parking are
good as is the value of this hotel. The breakfast is always very good
and you get a discount in their shop. Oh yeah, there is bottle beer in a
fridge in the breakfast area for a good price. This is a hotel to surely
consider in this beautiful little town.

This was a spacious apartment with all the conveniences including
cooking for a several days stay. It was well located in Oberammergau
within easy walking distance of town. The owner was very helpful.&
did our laundry, too. For the $Value-- this can't be beat. Although
there was no wifi there was internet access through the cable. And
there's a great bar--Jansen & Jansen--a block away with wifi and
a friendly, English speaking owner.

The owner Joseph Zwink welcomed us at his guesthouse and was very helpful with carrying our luggage to the rooms. The rooms are spcious, very comfortable and clean. The owner is very helpful indeed and excellent with English. While the Pension is older, it is very well kept and the two couples of us enjoyed it and would recommend it for those wanting to save on accommodation. Parking was also very helpful. Very central to the town. -

This hotel is centraly located in the heart of Oberammergau's
village center. It is within waling distance of many places to shop and
eat. We picked this hotel due to the great reviews and the location of
the town for castle visiting. Breakfast is included and is good. Cereal,
eggs, breads, jams, and fruits are typical. Our room was on the corner
of the first floor with a balcony. It was one of the bigger rooms with

There were fruits and chocolates to welcome us, as well as a detailed guidebook about the hotel's services and town. We also enjoyed the overhead shower which was there in addition to the usual shower. The spa downstairs was also impressive, although some of the baths and saunas were not free.

Where to start? We liked everything about this hotel. Otto and Eva are such amazing hosts.
