  the receptionist was very helpful with places to see, how to use public transporattion, restaurant recommendations (although Gabi's was closed), and assisting with parking. the Gemutlichkeit of breakfast room and buffet was the BEST we had anywhere!!   Very friendly and attending management. Excellent service and polite staff. Shining room with large bathroom in a quiet neighbourhood next to city center. Large breakfast variety. Very friendly for pet lovers. Felt like a family away from home. All in all a unique and moving experience.
