  It is rare that I give such praise, but this was a true 3 star hotel,clean, safe, quiet, very well done hotel in the heart of the old townand near everything. I picked this hotel based on user's recommendationsand we were very happy we did so.   This hotel was simply excellent, great location, the staff couldn't do enough to help and we felt very welcome. The buffet breakfast was superb with plenty of variety with some nice touches to make the whole area look very festive. Without hesitation I'd re-book the Burg Hotel in a heartbeat on my next visit to Nurnberg.   In Nuremberg for the Christmas Market and this boutique hotel is well located near the castle and the city wall. Friendly service with great attention to detail. We stayed in the Bluten room which was spacious and full of character with a comfortable bed and impeccably clean.
