  The service at this hotel is outstanding; we arrived late after a day of cycling and the receptionist happily accommodated our request to lock our bikes in a secure garage and turned the sauna / steam room on at our request.   The whole ambience of the hotel is very friendly and gemuetlich. The room and especially the bed was comfortable (sometimes single rooms can be pretty miserable!) The food was excellent and I felt that the staff went out of their way to help me feel welcome.
