  The receptionist was very nice and helpful. The room is clean and well equipped.The nearby S-bahn train station is under construction, so it's better and more convenient to take tram to the hotel. (From the main station you could take no. 16 and 17 which will stop just in front of the hotel. Supermarket nearby, will definitely stay here again! - The apartment was great; clean, beds were comfy and since we stayed in an apartment we didn't have to worry about the cleaning lady coming to bother us. Free Wi-Fi, just called down and got the codes for our boys to use on their ipod and phone. The tram was right across the street which helped so much. And with the hot temps while we were there, the A/C came in handy. We would stay here again.

  From the moment I arrived, the staff were happy to assist in any way possible & with information to help me find my way around. This is immaculately kept accommodation in a beautiful eastern suburb which is within 10 minutes on the S Bahn. The S Bahn station is a 2 minute walk away! I highly recommend Garden House!   Helpful and friendly staff, comfortably rooms, plenty of parking. The reviews for this place are quite mixed but my party of 23 were very satisfied. Not sure what some other people were talking about. The only down side is location as it is far from the centre but that is why it is good value price wise, and you know when you get there that it is ... mitä ihmiset sanovat » not close to the centre. - Budget friendly, family ran hostel. Not close to city center, but bus and metro station are very close / easy to go to city center. Free parking (which is rare for Munich). Clean, small room and small private bathroom which was enough for us as we were out all day. Table, refrigerator and TV also in room. Staff helpful regarding directions.
