  Truly excellent - super nice reception and very thoughful overall; they even left a bookmark inside my book - now that had never happened before. Also the minibar softdrinks are free, the alcoholic drinks are supermarket prices and the wifi is free.   The service was outstanding. It was like having our own personal trip planner for a day in Munich. The breakfast was amazing -- the best we had in Europe. Fresh squeezed orange juice and a huge assortment of quality foods. Hotel room was spacious, new, clean, comfortable, - Staff was extremely friendly, helpful and went out of their way to make sure that we had what we needed for breakfast. It was great that breakfast was included and it was a fantastic buffet to choose from. We had plenty of room in the quad room for the three of us. I highly recommend this hotel. The best comfort that we have stayed at so far.

The breakfast buffet was exquisite, something you have to see to believe. And the location is unbeatable, just steps from Munich's central Hauptbanhof train station. I will definitely stay here again!
