Although late at night the receptionist greeted us in a very friendly manner and gave us a lot of useful information. He spoke excellent English. The breakfast was way above that provided in most business hotels. The room was larger than normal, tastefully decorated and very clean, -

Monchengladbach is a great place for a weekend break, unspoilt by the usual trappings of tour -
Room and bathroom were spacious and very clean. A balcony for the smokers. Room didn't smell of tobacco. The breakfast was great...standard continental...bread rolls were the doughy type..nice. Easy walk into MG centre and close to the train station.
